What Is a Preorder?



Preorder items are products that are not yet in stock and are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item will ship at a later date.



Production & Shipping Time



  • Preorder items typically ship a couple weeks after the preorder window closes.
  • Production times may vary due to manufacturing, quality control, or unforeseen delays.
  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.




Order Processing



  • Preorder items will not ship until production is fully completed.
  • If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together unless stated otherwise.




Delays



We are not responsible for delays caused by:


  • Manufacturing issues
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs or carrier delays



If delays occur, we will provide updates via email or our official channels.



Cancellations & Refunds



  • All preorder sales are final unless otherwise stated.
  • Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to fulfill your order.




Shipping Confirmation



Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.



Address Accuracy



Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
